KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that R. RICK MILLER and
KELLY J. MILLER, husband and wife, P.O. Box 699, Afton, Wyoming 83110, Grantors, for
and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid,
raceipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have hereby remised, released, and forever
quitclaimed unto KELLY J. MILLER and REED DUSTIN MILLER, P.O. Box 699, Afton,
Wyoming 83110, as joint tenants with right of survivorship, Grantees, and their heirs and assigns
forever, all such right, title, interest property, possession, claim and demand, as they may have or
ought to have, in or to the following described property situated . in the Lincoln County,
Wyoming, to wit:
See Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Subject to all easements, exceptions, restrictions, reservations, and rights of way
of sight or record.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming,
This Corrective Quitclaim Deed is to correct the Quitclaim Deed that was recorded in the
hind records of Lincoln County, Wyoming on July 9, 2003 in Book 523 at Pages 160 through
162 as Instrument No. 890546. That Quitclaim Deed as recorded did not include the deed copy
that was referenced in Exhibit A as being attached thereto.

from the southeast corner of said NE`/.NE"/,;
thence N00°-36'-00"E, 160,71 feet, along said east line, to a point;
thence N86°-40'-16"W, 261,80 feet, along an existing fence line, in part, to a point;
