KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that KELLY J. MILLER and
REED DUSTIN MILLER, P.O. Box 699, Afton, Wyoming 83110, as joint tenants with right of,
survivorship, GRANTORS for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other
valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have hereby
remised, released, and forever quitclaimed unto R. RICK MILLER and KELLY J. MILLER,
husband and wife, P.O. Box 699, Afton, Wyoming 83110, GRANTEES, and their heirs and
assigns forever, all such right, title, interest property, possession, claim and demand, as they may
have or ought to have, in or to the following described property situated in the Lincoln County,
Wyoming, to wit:
See Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Subject to all easements, exceptions, restrictions, reservations, and rights of way
of sight or record.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
This Corrective Quitclaim Deed is to correct the Quitclaim Deed that was recorded in the
land records of Lincoln County, Wyoming on January 7, 2005 in Book 576 at Pages 727 through
729 as Receiving No. 905693. That Quitclaim Deed as recorded did not include the deed copy
that was referenced in Exhibit A as being attached thereto.
