KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Donald E. Stephens and
Gall L. Stephens, as Trustees of the Stephens Family Trust dated
March 15, 1991, Of the County of /3/'/~ , State of
Arizona, do hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the
date of the 15th day of October, 1998, made and executed by
Edward B. Wilson and Linde E. Wilson, husband and wife, as
mortgagors, to Donald E. Stephens and Gall L. Stephens, as
Trustees of the Stephens Family Trust dated March 15, 1991,
as mortgagees, conveying certain real estate therein mentioned
as security for the payment of $24,500.00, as therein stated,
which mortgage was recorded in the Office of the County Clerk
and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, Wyoming,
on the 19th day of October, 1998, in Book 419PR, Page 660,
and mortgaging the following described real estate in said
County, to-wit:
Lot 43 in Star Valley Ranch Plat 22, as platted and recorded
in the official records of Lincoln County, Wyoming
the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released and
discharged; and in consideration thereof, the said mortgagees
do hereby release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagors the
premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
