Marilyn Verplancke and Brenda Johnston, f/k/a Brenda Holmes, f/k/a Brenda
Thompson, as Successor Co-Trustees of the Doyle and Ruth Thompson Trust dated April 23,
1990, and any amendments thereto, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other
good and valuable consideration in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, convey and
warrant, an undividedl/3 interest to Marilyn Verplancke and Sam Verplancke, Husband and
Wife as tenants by the entireties with rights of survivorship, an undivided 1/3 interest to
Richard D. Thompson and an undivided 113 interest to Karen L. Anderson, Trustee or her
successors in trust of the Karen L. Anderson Separate Property Trust, dated April 6, 2009, said
respective undivided 1 /3rd interests to be held as tenants in common, whose address is PO Box 271,
Saratoga, WY 82331, the following described real estate, situated in Lincoln County and State of
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State, to-wit:
See Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated by this reference, together with all
buildings and improvements thereon situate and appurtenances thereonto belonging..
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all easements, reservations, restrictions, rights-of-way
and other matters of record or apparent upon the ground.

We, Marilyn Verplancke and Brenda Johnston f/k/a Brenda Holmes f/k/a Brenda
Thompson, Successor Co-Trustees of the Doyle and Ruth Thompson Trust dated April 23,
1990, being first duly sworn upon oath, depose and state we are the Successor Co-Trustees of the
Doyle and Ruth Thompson Trust dated April 23, 1990, this instrument is signed and sealed on
behalf of the Trust by us as the Successor Co-Trustees; we have the authority under the terms of the
written trust instrument to execute the instrument on behalf of the Trust, and we acknowledge the
instrument to be the free act and deed of the Trust.
