Marilyn Verplancke and Brenda Johnston f/k/a Brenda Holmes f/k/a Brenda Thompson are the Successor Co-Trustees of the Doyle and Ruth Thompson Trust, dated April 23, 1990. The original trustees, Doyle and Ruth Thompson, are both deceased, having died on January 22, 2009 and March 10, 1999, respectively. 2. Among the assets of the Doyle and Ruth Thompson Trust, dated April 23, 1990 is the real property described on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. 3.
