HomeMy WebLinkAbout947863ASSIGNMENT OF CERTIFICATE OF SALE 0 Ov"'77 7 For value received, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. acting solely as a nominee for IndyMac Bank, F.S.B with the address of 155 North Lake Ave. Pasadena, CA 91101, grants, bargains, sells, transfers and assigns to Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee of the IndyMac INDX Mortgage Loan Trust 2005-AR4, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-AR4 under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated February 1, 2005 ( Assignee whose mailing address is 155 North Lake Ave. Pasadena, CA 91101, it legal representatives and assigns, all right, title and interest in that certain Certificate of Sale dated February 3, 2009, on the following described property: LOT 1 OF PLEASANT VIEW SUBDIVISION, LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING AS DESCRIBED ON THE OFFICIAL PLAT FILED ON JANUARY 7, 2003 AS INSTRUMENT NO. 886720 OF THE RECORDS OF THE LINCOLN COUNTY CLERK with an address of 220 County Road 123, Bedford, WY 83112 Together with all improvements thereon situate and all fixtures and appurtenances thereto, which was sold at a foreclosure sale on February 3, 2009, and the Certificate of Sale was filed on February 3, 2009, at Reception No. 945050 in Book 714 at Page 697 in the records of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, Wyoming. Assignee shall be substituted in the full place and stead of Assignor and shall take all legal action he may deem proper or necessary in connection with the Certificate of Sale assigned. All acts, assignments and transfers under this assignment and all rights of the parties under this assignment shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
