Skeoch, as mortgagor(s), mortgaged to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for New Century Mortgage Corporation, as mortgagee, the hereinafter described real property by that certain mortgage dated October 6, 2006 (the "Mortgage"), and duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on October 16, 2006, at Reception No. 923424 in Book 637 at Page 196. The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows: Assignee: US Bank National Association, as Trustee for Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-HE3 Assignment dated: December 15, 2008 Assignment recorded: December 19, 2008 Assignment recording information: at Reception No. 944241 in Book 711 at Page 392 All in the records of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, Wyoming; and WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and direction of US Bank National Association, as Trustee for Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-HE3, acting under a power of sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described real property on February 10, 2009, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public vendue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and WHEREAS, US Bank National Association, as Trustee for Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-HE3 ("Successful Bidder") made the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of $237,150.00, and the said real property was then and there sold to the Successful Bidder on February 10, 2009 ("Sale Date"); and a Certificate of Sale was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on February 10, 2009, at Reception No. 945187 in Book 715 at Page 193; WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for doing so has now expired; NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said US Bank National Association, as Trustee for Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-HE3, 3476 Stateview Blvd, MAC# X7801-013, Fort Mills, SC 29715-7200, its successors and assigns, all right, title, and interest to the following described real property situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to-wit: Lot 144 of Nordic Ranches Division No. 10, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat filed on April 4, 2001 as instrument No. 872486 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk with an address of 1002 Lariat Drive, Etna, WY 83118 ShDeed Sheriffs Deed Skeoch 08-13688 Page 1 of 2 00x'78^. Together with all improvements thereon situate and all fixtures and appurtenances thereto.
