RATTA, of 67 West Hollis Road, Hollis, Hillsborough County, New Hampshire 03049 the GRANTEE WITNESSETH, that the GRANTOR, for no consideration ($0.00), by these presents, grant, bargain, sell, CONVEY AND WARRANT unto the said GRANTEE, all that certain tract, lot, piece, and parcel of land situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit: Plat Two(2) Lot Thirty-two (32) in Star Valley Ranch, as platted and recorded in the Official Records of Lincoln County, Wyoming.
