KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that BRENDA M. PERRY, grantor, of
Lincoln County, Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable
consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have hereby remised, released
and forever quit claimed unto the said BUD L. PERRY of Grover, Wyoming, a single man, grantee,
his heirs and assigns forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand, as
they may have or ought to have, in or to all the following described property, hereby releasing and
waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to-
wit:
The property described in the Quitclaim Deed recorded on August 7, 1996, in Book
386PR Page 624 as Instrument No. 824315, attached hereto as Exhibit A.

waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption

according to that plat filed April 12, 1983
as Instrument No. 595147 in the office of the
Lincoln County Clerk more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the West one quarter corner of

of-the 6th P.M., Wyoming and running thence
North 89°00.5' RaSt, 204.10 feet to a point;
thence South 00°03.5' East, 667.52 feet to a
point; thence North 40° 54.5' West, 180.54
feet to a point; thence North 66011' West,
93,43 feet to an intersection with the west
line of said Section 33; thence N00908' West,
489.82 feet alone.said west line to the said
Corner of beginning.
