QUIT CLAIM DEED
DELMOR B. & LaVONNA K. GRAHAM FAMILY TRUST, Dated October
8, 1994 LaVonna K. Graham Trustee Grantor, for and in consideration of Ten (10)
Dollars and other valuable considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEY AND QUIT CLAIM to TREIA MARIE GRAHAM, the
following described real estate, situated in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws
of the State, to-wit:
A portion of Lot Three (3) (NE1/4NW1/4), of Section One (1), T3 IN, RI 19W
of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING at the Cotton Gin Spike set at a point in the North line of
Section One (1), said point being 1,008.10 feet N89 44'50"W along said North
line, from the spike found marking the Northeast corner of said Lot Three (3)
thence; So 54'00"W 989.29' feet the true point of beginning thence; SO
54'00"W 319.73' feet; thence N89 38'53"W 314.18 feet thence; NO 54'232"E
319.73; thence S89 44'50"E, along said North line 314.03 feet, to the point of
beginning, containing 2.3 acres of land. TOGETHER WITH rights across
along the easement from Papworth Lane County Road 12-145 as hereafter
outlined.
ALSO SUBJECT TO: A Thirty (30) foot easement for Ingress and Egress and
Utilities to the southerly property of Bruce Randall Graham, Jan C. Graham,
and Robert James Graham but also shared by Treia Marie Graham. For
mutual use along the Easterly Thirty (30) feet of each property except that
property of Treia Marie Graham as granted from the Delmor B. and LaVonna
K. Graham Family Trust, dated October 8, 1994 to be shared mutually by
each.
