KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that REBECCA LEE BARBER, a
married woman as her sole and separate property, P.O. Box 347, Afton, Wyoming 83110, ,
GRANTOR, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration,
in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has hereby remised, released, and forever
quitclaimed unto LVE, LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company, P.O. Box 820, Thayne,
Wyoming 83127, GRANTEE, and its successors and assigns forever, all such right, title, interest
property, possession, claim, and demand as she may have or ought to have in and to all of the
following described property, to wit:
See "DESCRIPTION FOR TOWN OF THAYNE VOYLES TRACT" dated 15
December 2008, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Together with and including all improvements thereon and all appurtenances and
hereditaments thereunto belonging.
Subject to all covenants, conditions, reservations, restrictions, exceptions,
easements, and rights-of-way of sight and/or of record.

That part of the NE`/4 of Section 23, T34N R119W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, it being the intentI
to more correctly describe that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book
507 of Photostatic Records on page 682, as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the north right-of-way line of Wright Street, N07°-5 P-34"E, 1203.86
feet, from the southwest corner of said NE%4;
thence N00°-22'-49"W, 2.21 feet, to a surv-kap;
thence continuing N00°-22'-49"W, 105.91 feet, along an existing fence line and the northerly
prolongation thereof, to a point;
thence S89°-26'-47"E, 20.22 feet, to a southwest point of that tract of record in said Office in Book
567 of Photostatic Records on page 528;
thence continuing S89°-26'-47"E, 101.82 feet, along the south fine of said tract in Book 567, to the
southeast point thereof, identical with the southwest point of that tract of record in said Office in
Book 546 of Photostatic Records on page 98;
thence S88°-14'-04"E, 17.30 feet, along the south line of said tract in Book 546, to a point at an
existing fence corner;
thence SO0°-29'-10"W, 108.50 feet, along an existing fence line, to a point on said north right-of-
way line;
thence N88°-56'-29"W, 10.33 feet, along said right-of-way line, to a point;
thence N89°-08'-34"W, 127.36 feet, along said right-of-way line, to the POINT OF
BEGINNING;
ENCOMPASSING an area of 0.34 acre, more or less;
the BASE BEARING for this survey is the west line of the SW'/4NE%4 of Section 23, T34N
RI 19W, being N00°-03'-18"E;
it is the intent of this description that the called-for monuments, and not the existing fence lines,
control the location of the property lines;
SUBJECT to that Easement Agreement of record in said Office in Book 663 of Photostatic Records
on page 430;
each "corner" found as described in the Corner Record filed or to be filed in the Office of the Clerk
of Lincoln County;
each "point" marked by a 5/8" x 24" steel reinforcing rod with a 2" aluminum cap inscribed,
"SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD AFTON WY PLS 5368", with appropriate details;
each "surv-kap" marked by a 5/8" steel reinforcing rod with a 1-1/2" aluminum cap inscribed,
"PE/LS 5274"; ,
all in accordance with the plat prepared to be filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County
titled, THE TOWN OF THAYNE PLAT OF VOYLES TRACT AND EASEMENT WITHIN THE
SW1/4NE1/4 SECTION ~t~ LING!OLN..COUNTY, WYOMING", dated 5 June
