Donald C. Krautter and Jean M. Krautter, husband and wife, and as trustees of
the Krautter Family Trust created u / t/ a dated August 26, 1996, GRANTORS, for
nominal but adequate consideration, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby
warrant, convey and transfer an undivided 50% interest unto Donald C. Krautter as
Trustee of the Old Trapper Family Trust created u/t/a/ dated June 1, 2009, as amended
from time to time hereafter, and his successors in trust, of P. O. Box 3465, Alpine,
Wyoming 83128, and an undivided 507o interest unto Jean M. Krautter and Gail Susan
Asbury, Trustees of the Jean M. Krautter Living Trust dated August 26, 1996, as
amended on May 28, 2009, and any amendments thereto, of 524 First Street, Helena,
Montana 59601, GRANTEES, all of Grantors' interest of record in and to the following
described real estate situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to wit:
The real property located in Lincoln County, Wyoming described in
Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof,
Including and together with all and singular the tenements,
hereditaments, appurtenances and improvements or thereunto belonging
and any rights of grantors to minerals thereunder, but subject to
covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements, rights-of-way
and other encumbrances of sight and/or record.
hereby waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State of Wyoming, for purposes of this conveyance.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this instrument has been duly executed and delivered

BEGINNING at the monumented N1/4 Corner of said Section 15; and running
