oath deposes and says:
1. That he makes this affidavit as his recorded statement, duly verified, pursuant to the
provisions of W.S. 34-2-123 and in connection with the following described real property located in
Lincoln County, Wyoming:

That part of the NE1/4 of Section 4, T33N, R1 18W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, more
particularly described on the attached "Description for Lloyd S. Heiner Revocable
Trust dated 17 September 1985 David Heiner Parcel".
Mark Heiner Parcel
That part of the NW1/4 of Section 3, T33N, R1 18W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, more
particularly described on the attached "Description for Lloyd S. Heiner Revocable
Trust dated 17 September 1985 Mark Heiner Parcel".
Verdean Heiner Parcel
A portion of the W1/2SW1/4 of Section 10, T33N, R118W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln
County, Wyoming, being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of said W1/2SW1/4 and running SO°03'52"W,
along the East line of said W1/2SW1/4, 2654.37 feet to the South line of said
Section 10;
thence S89028'1 8"W, along said section line, 980.85 feet;
thence N0014'33"E, 2071.18 feet to the centerline of a Turnerville Willow Creek

2. That the name of the grantee in that Quitclaim Deed dated September 17, 1985, and
recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk on October 7, 1985, in Book 231 PR, page 615,
Recording No. 644206, conveying a portion of the above-described property is hereby stated to be
as follows: Lloyd S. Heiner, Trustee of the Lloyd S. Heiner Revocable Trust dated September 17,
1985 ("the trust").
That the name of the grantee in that Warranty Deed dated June 12, 1989, and
recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk on August 3, 1989, in Book 276 PR, page 69,
Recording No. 705790, conveying a portion of the above-described property is hereby stated to be
as follows: Lloyd S. Heiner, Trustee of the Lloyd S. Heiner Revocable Trust dated September 17,
1985.
That the name of the grantee in that Quitclaim Deed dated June 26, 1998, and
recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk on July 23, 1998, in Book 414 PR, page 810,
Recording No. 852039, conveying a portion of the above-described property is hereby stated to be
as follows: Lloyd S. Heiner, Trustee of the Lloyd S. Heiner Revocable Trust dated September 17,
1985.
That the name of the grantee in that Quitclaim Deed dated December 18, 1995, and
recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk on January 10, 1996, in Book 378 PR, page 745,
Recording No. 813946, 'conveying a portion of the above-described property is hereby stated to be
as follows: Lloyd S. Heiner, Trustee of the Lloyd S. Heiner Revocable Trust dated September 17,
1985.
That the name of the grantee in that Quitclaim Deed dated March 29, 1993, and
recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk on April 14, 1993, in Book 327 PR, page 127,
Recording No. 763128, conveying a portion of the above-described property is hereby stated to be

as follows: Lloyd S. Heiner, Trustee of the Lloyd S. Heiner Revocable Trust dated September 17,
1985.
That the name of the grantee in that Quitclaim Deed dated March 15, 1993, and
recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk on April 14, 1993, in Book 327 PR, page 126,
Recording No. 763127, conveying a portion of the above-described property is hereby stated to be
as follows: Lloyd S. Heiner, Trustee of the Lloyd S. Heiner Revocable Trust dated September 17,
1985.
That the name of the grantee in that Quitclaim Deed dated March 16, 1993, and
recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk on April 14, 1993, in Book 327 PR, page 125,
Recording No. 763126, conveying a portion of the above-described property is hereby stated to be
as follows: Lloyd S. Heiner, Trustee of the Lloyd S. Heiner Revocable Trust dated September 17,
1985.
That the name of the grantee in that Quitclaim Deed dated May 4, 1992, and
recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk on December 24, 1992, in Book 322 PR, page
133, Recording No. 758936, conveying a portion of the above-described property is hereby stated
to be as follows: Lloyd S. Heiner, Trustee of the Lloyd S. Heiner Revocable Trust dated September
17, 1985.
3. That his name and address are Gaylon G. Heiner, 3549 Lincoln County Road No.
12-123, Bedford, WY 83112.
4. That he is the son of Lloyd S. Heiner and is designated in Section 11.01 of the trust
as the successor trustee upon his death. Lloyd S. Heiner became deceased on May 16, 2009
5. That as of May 16, 2009, the date of death of Lloyd S. Heiner, Gaylon G. Heiner,
became the sole successor trustee under the trust, including its ownership of the real property
described above, and that he is currently lawfully serving in that capacity.
6. That he hereby verifies that the information contained in this affidavit is true and
correct according to his information and belief.
