KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Robert R. Meikle and Connie R. Meikle,
husband and wife, of Alpine, Lincoln County, Wyoming, grantors, in consideration of Ten and No/100
Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is acknowledged,
assign, convey, and quitclaim unto Salt River Cove Property Owners Association, a Wyoming
nonprofit corporation, of PO Box 3762, Alpine, WY 83128, grantee, all such right, title, interest,
property, possession, claim and demand as he has or ought to have, in or to all the following
described premises, in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to-wit:
In Salt River Cove subdivision, all common areas, common open space, common
recreational areas, road, trail, and utility easements, private roadways, all
improvements associated with the domestic water system, and equestrian and
walking trails, all as defined in that certain Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and
Restrictions of Salt River Cove Development, dated June 15, 2004, and recorded in
the office of the Lincoln County Clerk on June 23, 2004, in Book 559 PR, page 671,
and as more particularly depicted on the official plat thereof on file in the office of the
Lincoln County Clerk in Kemmerer, Wyoming, as the plat of Salt River Cove -
Division No. 2, and recorded on January 3, 2006, as Instrument No. 914941.
Together with any and all improvements.
Subject to all covenants, easements, exceptions, restrictions, reservations and rights-
of-way of sight or record including the said Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and
Restrictions.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws
of the State of Wyoming.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands and seals this 2_~L day of
