Linford and Linda Wray Linford Husband and Wife Grantors of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming in consideration of Ten and 00/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration to them in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT TO Jason J. Linford and Robin B. Linford Grantees, whose address is PO Box 1013, Afton. Wyoming 83110 the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit: Beginning at the Southeast Corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 34 in Township 32 North, Range 119 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Wyoming and running thence West 654 ft. along the south line of said Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said section; thence North 400 feet; thence East 654 more or less to the East line of the Northwest Quarter of said section; thence South 400 feet more or less along said line to the point of beginning, containing 6 acres more or less, subject to the reservations, restrictions, and rights of way of record.
