GALE PLEASANT and ANDREW PLEASANT, wife and husband, Grantors,
of the County of Sweetwater, State of Wyoming, for the consideration of
Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand
paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby CONVEY and
QUITCLAIM to A. G. PLEASANT PROPERTIES, LLC, a Wyoming limited
liability company, Grantee, the mailing address of which is PO Box 783,
Green River, Wyoming 82935, all interest of the Grantors in and to the
following described real property and premises situated in the County of
Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to wit:

Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
