WARRANTY DEED
Dee W. Call and Dianne F. Call, husband and wife, of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming,
GRANTORS, for and in consideration of Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other valuable consideration in
hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT TO: Willard Dee
Ritchie and Dana Ritchie, husband and wife, tenants by the entireties, GRANTEES, of Grover,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, the following described real estate situate in Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State, to-wit:
Lot 1 of Twin Peaks Subdivision within the SE1/4SW1/4 Section 32, T33N RI 18W,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, of record in the office of the Clerk of Lincoln County,
Wyoming as Plat No. 154-B.
