James A. Sandner and Linda L. Sandner, Trustees of the
James A. Sandner and Linda L. Sandner Revocable Trust dated May 11 1994
of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming
in consideration of Ten and 00/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration to them in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and
acknowledged, have remised, released, convey and forever quitclaimed and
by these presents do for my heirs, executors and administrators,
remise, release and forever quitclaim unto
Harvey F. Finkelson and Barbara E. Finkelson, Trustees of the
Finkelson Family Trust u/t/a dated September 25, 1998
whose address is HC 111617 Highway 89, Alpine, WY 83128, heirs and assigns, forever
all such right, title interest, property, possession, claim and demand as Uwe have,
ought to have or hereafter acquire in or to all of the following described premises, to-wit:
That part of Section 22, T36N R1 19W, Lincoln County, Wyoming described on
the attached Exhibit prepared by . Scott A. Scherbel titled "Description for
Harvey F. Finkelson and Barbara E. Finkelson Adjusted (2) Finkelson Tract",
dated 18 December 2006, revised 10 April 2007.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.

part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 278 of
Photostatic Records on page 582, described as follows:

BEGINNING at a point on the westerly right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 89, N74°-13'-
48"W, 1571.35 feet, from the southeast corner of said Section 22;
thence N250-13'-31"W, 588.04 feet, along said right-of-way line, to a marker;
thence continuing N250-13'-31"W, 76.70 feet, along said right-of-way line, to the thread
of Dry Creek;
thence coursing said thread as follows:
S31°-09'-48"W, 43.26 feet, to a position;
S54°-26'-06"W, 85.71 feet, to a position;
S41 °-27'-48"W, 114.13 feet, to a position;
N800-20'-24"W, 52.34 feet, to a position at the intersection of said thread with an existing
fence line, and leave said thread;
thence S210-23'-44','E,. 464.21 feet, along said fence line and a southerly prolongation
thereof, to a point on the north line of that tract of record in said Office in Book 577 of
Photostatic Records on page 421;
thence S89c'-03'-08"E, 333.29 feet, along said north line, to the POINT OF
BEGINNING;
ENCOMPASSING an area of 3.6 acres, more or less;
the BASE BEARING for this survey is a tie from the southeast corner of Section 22, T36N
RI 19W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, to a Morley (RLS 595) survey marker found in the
top of a right-of-way fence post, being N87°-55'-26"W;
it is the intent of this description that the called-for monuments, and not the existing fence
lines, control the location of the property lines;
the actual thread of Ivry. Creek is the boundary; the bearings and distances called for along
said thread are approximations only for the purpose of calculating the approximate
acreage;
each "corner" found as described in the Corner Record filed or to be filed in the Office of
the Clerk of Lincoln County;
each "point" marked by a 5/8" x 24" steel reinforcing rod with a 2" aluminum cap
inscribed, "SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD AFTON WY PLS 5368" or "SURVEYOR
SCHERBEL LTD BIG PINEY WY PLS 3889", with appropriate details;
each "marker" marked by a 6" x 6" concrete post with brass cap inscribed: "STATE
HIGHWAY DEPT. R.O.W. MARKER", with appropriate details;
"Modification in any way of the foregoing description terminates liability of the surveyor"
