in consideration of Ten and 00/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration to them in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and
acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT TO
James A. Sandner and Linda L. Sandner, Trustees of the
James A. Sandner and Linda L. Sandner Revocable Trust dated May 11, 1994
Grantee, whose address is P.O. Box 3274, Alpine, WY 83128
the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, Wyoming, hereby releasing
and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State,
to-wit:
That part of Section 22, T36N R119W, Lincoln County, Wyoming described on
the attached Exhibit prepared by..Scott - A. Scherbel titled "Description for
James A. Sandner and Linda L. Sandner Revocable Trust u/a/d 11 May 1994
Adjusted (2) Sandner Tract", dated 18 December 2006, revised 26 January 2007,
revised 10 April 2007.
Subject to reservations and restrictions contained in the United States Patent and
to easements and rights-of-way of record or in use.
NOTE: This serves to correct the legal description on that certain Warranty Deed
recorded January 31, 2007 in Book 647PR on page 652 of the records of the
Lincoln County Clerk.
