County Road 122, Thayne, WY 83127), mortgagor, to secure the payment of Forty Thousand and no/100
Dollars ($40,000.00), do hereby mortgage to Donald Cribbins (mailing address: PO Box 3097, Alpine, WY
83128), mortgagee, the following described real estate, situated in Lincoln County, Wyoming, to-wit:
Lot 1 of ALL STAR SUBDIVISION, Lincoln County, Wyoming. As shown on the official
plat thereof filed June 23, 2006, as Receiving No. 919612, in the Office of the Clerk
of Lincoln County, Wyoming, as Plat No. 278-E
The mortgagor agrees to pay the indebtedness hereby secured, and to pay all taxes and
assessments on said premises during the life of the mortgage, in favor of and payable to said mortgagee
and in case the mortgagor fails to pay such, the mortgagee shall pay said taxes and assessments, and all
sums paid shall be added to and become part of the same.
In case default shall be made in the payment of the above sum hereby secured, when the same
shall become due and payable, then the whole indebtedness with shall become due and payable, and
the mortgagee may proceed, pursuant to law, to foreclose on and sell said property.
Hereby reliwishing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead laws of said state.

PROMISSORY NOTE 0-,00296
FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned promises to pay to the order of Donald Cribbins
the principal sum of Forty Thousand and no/100 Dollars ($40,000.00), together with interest
thereon at the simple interest rate of five percent (5%) per annum. Payments shall be payable
at the following address: PO Box 3097, Alpine, WY 83128, or such other address as may be
provided by the holder hereof.
The principal ($40,000.00) and interest hereunder shall be payable as follows: interest
only to be paid monthly in the amount of $166.67; principal ($40,000.00) due and payable on or
before September 1, 2012.
If any payment required by this Note is not paid when due, or if any default under any
mortgage securing this Note occurs, the Note Holder shall be entitled to collect all reasonable
costs and expense of collection and/or suite, including, but not limited to, reasonable
attorneys' fees.
The undersigned reserves the right to prepay the principal sume in full or in part at any
time and from time to time without premium or penalty of any kind. Any partial payment
made shall be credited first to accrued interest and the balance to principal in the inverse order
when due.
In the event the undersigned fails to pay the amount as due, the Note Holder hereof,
unless such default is corrected within thirty (30) days following written notice of such default
delivered to the undersigned, shall have the option to declare the unpaid principal sum and
interest immediately due and payable. Such notice shall be delivered in person or may be
delivered by depositing same in the U.S. mail, postage prepaid.
If the indebtedness represented hereby, or any part thereof, be collected at law, or in
equity, bankruptcy, receivership, or other court proceedings, or if this Promissory Note be
placed in the hands of an attorney for collection, whether or not suit is necessary, the
undersigned agrees to pay hereon, all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney fees..
