Michael R. Jensen and Trudi B. Jensen, husband and wife, Grantors, of Lubbock County,
Texas, for and in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration ($10.00) in hand
paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby CONVEY AND WARRANT to
Michael R. Jensen, Trustee of the Michael R. Jensen and Trudi Jo Beitel Jensen Revocable Living
Trust, Grantee, whose address is 5904 87th St., Lubbock, TX 79424, the following described real
estate, in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and
by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the Stag,, to wit:
Beginning at a point 40 Rods North of the SW corner of the NW 1/4 of Section 12,
Township 32N., Range 119 W. 6th p.M. in Grover Country, Lincoln County, Wyoming,
and running thence East 120 Rods, thence North 40 Rods, thence West 120 Rods, thence
South 40 Rods to the point of beginning- being an area of 30 acres more or less.
