Fullmer as Trustee of the Christine E. Fullmer Revocable Trust, dated 3/17/97, an undivided 1/2 interest, grantors of County of Lincoln, and State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to Corey Guy Fullmer and Jennie Lee Fullmer, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, grantees, of Alamogordo, New Mexico, the following described real estate situated in County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit: See Description for Barry G. Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appurtenances thereon situated or in anywise appertaining thereunto.
