LANCASTER and ANNA L. LANCASTER, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, whose address is P.O. Box 72, Smoot, WY 83126, Grantees, the following-described certain real property, in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, to-wit: That property as more fully described on Exhibit "A", a copy of which is attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof. TOGETHER WITH all improvements thereon and all rights, appurtenances and hereditaments there unto belonging or in any wise appertaining.
