SCOTT HARMON and TAMARA HARMON, husband and wife, for and in
consideration of $10.00 and other good and valuable consideration, hereby conveys
and warrants to SCOTT E. HARMON and TAMARA L. HARMON, Trustees of the
HARMON REVOCABLE TRUST, dated June 19, 2009, and any amendments
thereto, Grantee, whose address is 47 Vista Circle East, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, an
undivided interest as tenant in common in the following described real estate, situated
in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights
under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the State of Wyoming, to-
wit:
Lot 124 in Star Valley Ranch Plat 6, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on
the official plat thereof.
Including and together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments,
appurtenances and improvements thereon or thereunto belonging, but subject to taxes,
reservations, covenants, encroachments, conditions, restrictions, rights-of-way and
easements of record.
