QUITCLAIM DEED
Alan M. Linford and Linda W. Linford, Grantors, wh~se address is 9590 State Highway
238, Afton, Wyoming 83110, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable
consideration, quitclaim, without any covenants of warranty whatsoever and without recourse to the
Grantors, or Grantors' successors and assigns, to Linford Crow Creek Ranch, LLC, a Wyoming
close limited liability company, Grantee, whose address is 9590 State Highway 238, Afton,
Wyoming 83110, all of Grantors' right, title and interest, if any, in and to the following described
real estate situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, more particularly described as
follows:

Subject, however to all existing interests, including but not limited to easements,
encumbrances, reservations, restrictions, and rights-of-way of record or otherwise. Hereby releasing
and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of this state.

Range 119 West, of the 6th P.M., Wyoming, more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of the SW 1/4 and proceeding thence
South, 95.5 rods; thence East 67 rods; thence North, 95.5 rods; thence
West, 67 rods to the point of beginning, said tract containing 40 acres,
more or less. Subject to the reservations, restrictions, and rights of way
of record.
