KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That KEVIN HEYBORNE, Grantor,
of the County of Sweetwater, State of Wyoming, for the consideration of Ten and No/100
Dollars ($10.00) in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby
CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS to WILLIAM R. LEWIS and CRAIG BARBER, as tenants
in common, Grantee, of 725 Saratoga Drive, Green River, Sweetwater County, Wyoming
82935, all his interest in the following described real property, situate in the County of
Lincoln, in the State of Wyoming, to-wit:
Part of the E 1/2 of Section 4, Township 33 North, Range 118 West, 6th P.M.,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, described as:
Beginning at the CE 1/16 corner of said Section 4, said point being S.
89°42'05" E. 1320.32 feet along the east-west center section line from the
Center 1/4 corner of said Section 4, and running thence S. 00°19'40" E.
825.72 feet along the east line of the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of said Section 4;
thence S. 33°55' 17" W. 572.42 feet; thence S. 44°51'47" W. 26.98 feet to the
center line of the Bedford-Turnerville Road, said point being on a curve;
thence left along said curve 172.50 (Curve Data: Delta-17°15'00" Radius-
572.96 feet) chord bears N. 53°45'40" W. 171.85 feet; thence continuing
along said center line N. 62°23' 10" W. 257.87 feet; thence N. 27°21'35" E.
368.26 feet; thence N. 00°19'40" W. 774.45 feet to the east-west center
section line; thence S. 89°42'05" E. 536.05 feet along said center line to the
point of beginning.
Together with a 40" wide perpetual easement for ingress and egress described
as follows:
Part of the East 1/2 of Section 4, Township 33 North, Range 118 West, 6th
P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, described as:
Beginning at a point on the northerly right-of-way of the Bedford-Turnerville
County Road 12-123 that is S. 00°01'35" E. 1033.94 feet along the north-
south center line of said Section 4 and East 520.94 feet from the Center 1/4
corner of said Section 4 and running thence N. 27°21'35" W. 40.00 feet;
thence N. 62°45'34" E. 120.00 feet; thence S. 27°21'35" W. 40.00 feet to said
northerly right-of-way line; thence N. 62°45'34" W. 120.00 feet to the point
of beginning.
The above described tract of land is conveyed together with all improvements
thereon, and easements, appurtenances and incidents belonging or appertaining
thereto, or used in connection therewith; subject, however, to all mining,
mineral and other exceptions, reservations, covenants, conditions and rights
of way of record.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
