The base bearing for this survey is the South line of the SW'/4 of Section 2, T33N RI 18W, being N89°39'56"E;
Together with a right of ingress, egress and utilities over, under and across those easements of record in said
Office in Book 437 of Photostatic Records on Page 300 and in Book 446 of Photstatic Records on Page 377 on
Plat No. 28-A and on Plat 28-B; and
Together with a right of ingress and egress and utilities over, under and across a forty foot strip of land
being twenty feet either side of the following described center line:
Beginning at the Northwest Corner of the S%zSW'/4SW'/4; thence N89139'36"E 660.43 feet along the North line
of said S%zSW'/4SW'/4, to a spike on the West line of said E'/zSW'/4SW'/4.
