QUITCLAIM DEED
Snake River Funding, Inc., a Idaho Corporation, GRANTOR, for and in consideration of
Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, receipt of
which is hereby acknowledge, CONVEY AND QUITCLAIM to Don Price of 12939 N
65 E Idaho Falls, Id 83401.
GRANTEE, any and all right, title, interest, and claim of GRANTOR in the following
described real estate, to wit:
Lot 86 of Star Valley Ranch Plat 7, Lincoln County Wyoming as described on the
official plat No. 179 filed August 4, 1971 as instrument No. 432466 of the record
of the Lincoln County Clerk.
Together with and including all improvements thereon and all appurtenances and
hereditaments thereunto belonging; subject to all covenants, conditions,
restrictions, easements, reservations, encumbrances, rights, and rights-of-way of
sight and /or record, and subject to applicable zoning laws and restrictions;
Hereby waiving and releasing any and all claims under and by virtue of the Homestead
Exemption Laws of the State of Wyoming.
