Pursuant to the provisions of Wyoming Statute § 29-1-201, et seq., on December 26,
2008, Inberg Surveying Company, Inc., a Wyoming corporation, d/b/a Inberg-Miller Engineers,
filed a Statement of Lien in Book No. 711 Page 693 in the records of the Clerk of Lincoln
County, Wyoming, against Antelope Ridge Development, LLC, which lien was assigned to
Commerce Bank on May 1, 2009, a copy of which assignment is attached hereto and
incorporated herein as Exhibit "A". Antelope Ridge Development, LLC was the record Owner
of the real property more particularly described on the attached Exhibit "B", but the property has
been foreclosed upon by Commerce Bank, which may become the record owner pursuant to a
Sheriff's Deed at about the same time this Release of Lien is recorded.
The holder by assignment of the Inberg Surveying Company, Inc. lien claim, Commerce
Bank, hereby releases any and all interest it may have, or ought to have, pertaining to that lien
claim in the real property more particularly described on the attached Exhibit "B", and the same
is hereby released.
This Release of Lien shall have no effect on any other right or interest in the real property
described on the attached Exhibit "B" which Commerce Bank may now have, or hereafter
acquire. C

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Inberg Surveying Company, Inc., a
Wyoming corporation, d/b/a Inberg-Miller Engineers, of the County of Fremont, City of
Riverton and State of Wyoming, the party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of
Ten Dollars and other good and valuable consideration, to it in hand paid by Commerce Bank of
Wyoming, N.A., party of the, second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does by
these presents, assign, grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said party of the second part and
its legal successors and assigns, the following:
All of its rights and interest in the Mechanic's and Materialman's Lien in the
amount of $11, 158.79 dated December 18, 2008, recorded December 26,
2008, at Book 711, Page 693, in the office,of the Lincoln County Clerk
with respect to the real estate described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the said party of the second part and its legal
successors and assigns forever. And Inberg Surveying Company, Inc., a Wyoming
corporation, d/b/a Inberg-Miller Engineers does for its legal successors and assigns covenant
and agree to and with the said party of the second part and its legal successors and assigns to
warrant and defend the assignment of said lien hereby zriade unto the said party of the second
part and its legal successors and assigns against all persons whomsoever, lawfully claiming or to
claim the same.
