WARRANTY DEED

CLYDE P. CAZIER and MARIE H. CAZIER, husband and wife as tenants by the
entirety, Grantors, whose address is P.O. Box 347, Thayne, WY 83127, for and in consideration
of other valuable consideration and ten dollars ($10) in hand paid, convey and warrant to
CLYDE P. CAZIER and MARIE H. CAZIER, Trustees, or their successors in trust, under THE
CLYDE P. CAZIER AND MARIE H. CAZIER REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST, DATED
JANUARY 24, 2002, for the benefit of CLYDE P. CAZIER and MARIE H. CAZIER and their
heirs, Grantees, whose address is P.O. Box 347, Thayne, WY 83127, the following described real
estate:
The property described on the Warranty Deed recorded in Book 314 at Page 544, as
Receiving No. 753271, recorded on August 26, 1992; in the Lincoln County Clerk's Office,
Kemmerer, Wyoming, copy of which is attached hereto.
Situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and the said Grantors hereby
covenant with the said Grantees that Grantors are lawfully seized of said premises; that they are
free from encumbrances; and Grantors warrant the title thereto against the lawful claims of all
persons whomsoever, except: restrictions, reservations, easements, and encumbrances of record.
Hereby releasing and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of this state.
