filed March 22, 1991, as Receiving No. 730096, in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming,
as Plat No. 338. Being a further described as follows:
A portion of a land division map previously recorded as "Parcel #7" (Holdeman/Anker/Hunold) in Book
292 P.R., on Page 158, as Document No. 726065, on November 26, 1990.
A parcel of land in the South Half (S of Section 15, Township 36 North, Range 119 West, of the 6`h
P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the Section corner common to Sections 14, 15, 22, 23;
Thence North 89°57'63" West, 2,333.17 feet, to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
Thence North 02°21'43.4" East, 1,316.94 feet;
Thence North 87°17'40.3" West, 660.34 feet, more or less, to the Easterly right-of-way of
Highway 89;
