Beginning at a point on the South line of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 14,
South 89°54'05" East, 493.03 feet, from the Southwest Corner of said Northeast Quarter of the Southwest
Quarter;
thence North 060251471' East, 442.66 feet, along the West line of said Parcel B-Amended, to a point;
thence North 89°13'16" East, 187.41 feet, along a line parallel with the Northerly right-of-way line of Kennington-
Burton Lane County Road No. 12-136, to a point;
thence South 06°25'47" West, 468.40 feet, along a line parallel with said West line, to a point on said Northerly
right-of-way line;
thence South 89°23'16" West, 187.41 feet; along said right-of-way line, to a point;
thence North 0602547" East, 15.74 feet, to the Point of Beginning.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming.
