QUITCLAIM DEED
(Corporation)
For ten dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, Chevron Mining Inc., a
Missouri corporation having offices at 116 Inverness Drive East, Suite 207, Englewood, CO
80112 ("Grantor"), conveys and quitclaims unto Brad W. Willford Revocable Trust, a Trust
Agreement entered into on March 7, 2007, having an address of P.O. Box 143, Kemmerer,
Wyoming 83101 ("Grantee"), all surface in the following described real estate, lying in the
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,:
A parcel of land in Tract 54 of the resurvey of T.2 IN., R.116W., of the 6th P.M.,
in the unplatted portion of the City of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming,
being more particularly described by meets and bounds as follows:
Beginning at the SW corner of Lot 3 of Block 10 of the Lincoln Heights 41h
Subdivision of the Town of Kemmerer, Wyoming, said point being monumented
by a rebar with a 2 inch aluminum cap, stamped, PELS 5465, hereinafter called an
ACM, from which the NW corner of said subdivision, where is found an ACM,
LS 2616, bears N 00°03'43" W, 1084.15 feet (N 00°00'00" W, 1084.30 feet
record);
Thence, N 89°56' 17" E (N 90°00'00" E record), along the southerly boundary of
said Lot 3, a distance of 30.00 feet to the NW corner of Lot 2 of said Block 10;
Thence, S 00°03'43" E (S 00°00'00" E record), along the westerly boundary of
said Lot 2, distance of 54.38 feet, to the SW Corner of that parcel of land conveyed
to the Willford Revocable Trust, as recorded in book 549 on page 757 in the Office
of the Clerk of said Lincoln County;
Thence, S 89°56' 17" W, a distance of 30.00 feet, to a point where is found an
ACM, PELS 5465;
Thence, N 00°03'43" W, a distance of 54.38 feet, to a point of beginning.
Said parcel containing 1630 sq. feet, more or less.
