The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows: Assignee: Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee for HSI Asset Securitization Corporation 2007-OPT1 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-OPT1 Assignment dated: January 22, 2009 Assignment recorded: January 28, 2009 Assignment recording information: at Reception No. 944932 in Book 713 at Page 864 All in the records of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, Wyoming; and WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and direction of Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee for HSI Asset Securitization Corporation 2007-OPT1 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-OPT1, acting under a power of sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described real property on March 17, 2009, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public vendue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and WHEREAS, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee for HSI Asset Securitization Corporation 2007-OPT1 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-OPT1 ("Successful Bidder") made the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of $153,750.00, and the said real property was then and there sold to the Successful Bidder on March 17, 2009 ("Sale Date"); and a Certificate of Sale was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on March 17, 2009, at Reception No. 945910 in Book 717 at Page 745; WHEREAS; no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for doing so has now expired; NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee for HSI Asset Securitization Corporation 2007-OPT1 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-OPT1, 4875 Belfort Road Suite 130, Jacksonville, FL 32256, its successors and assigns, all right, title, and interest to the following described real property situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to-wit: LOT 91 OF STAR VALLEY RANCH PLAT 9, LINCOLN COUNTY, STATE OF WYOMING, AS DESCRIBED ON THE OFFICIAL PLAT THEREOF ShDeed Sheriffs Deed Parra 09-00015 Page 1 of 2 with an address of 795 Vista Drive, Thayne, WY 83127-9018 Together with all improvements thereon situate and all fixtures and appurtenances thereto.
