Consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do(es) Convey and Warrant To
Reed S. Steed, a single man,
grantee(s), whose address is: PO Box 935 Afton, WY, 83110 the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln
County and State of Wyoming, to wit:
Part of Section 19, Township 31 North, Range 118 West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, it being the intent
to describe the land contained in Warranty Deed recorded August 16, 1979 in Book 158PR on page 593 of records of
Lincoln County Clerk and approximately 13.52 feet to the West, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point 668.508 feet East of the Northwest corner of said Section 19 and continuing thence North
89°46'49" East, 201.28 feet;
thence South 00°00'00" East, 290 feet;
thence North 89146'49" West, 201.28 feet;
thence North 00°00'00" East, 290 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming.
