GRUMPIES, LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company of 815 S. Main, Kemmerer,
Wyoming 83101, Grantor, for and in consideration of ten dollars ($10.00) and other valuable
consideration in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT
to THE CITY OF KEMMERER, a Wyoming Municipality, of 220 Highway 233, Kemmerer,
Wyoming 83101, Grantee, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption
Laws of the State, to-wit:
Lots 16 and 17 of Block 11 of the Original Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County,
Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and
rights of way of record, or in sight or use.
