Box 667, Green River, Wyoming 82935, hereinafter referred to as the Sellers, and Stanley Hohler, whose mailing address for the purpose of this Memorandum is 421 Hickory Street, Rock Springs, Wyoming 82901, hereinafter referred to as Buyer, witnesseth as follows: 1. Subject to the terms, conditions, covenants and for the consi tion recited in that certain Contract for Deed dated the ^Z day o K o©9 , 000/9, thti Se?'_Yrs. agree to sell and the Buyer rees to purchase the following described real property: LOT 63, UNIT J, COMMISSARY RANCH SUBDIVISION, LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING AS DESCRIBED ON THE OFFICIAL PLAT THEREOF, TOGETHER WITH ALL BUILDINGS, IMPROVEMENTS AND APPURTENANCES THEREON SITUATE OR IN ANYWISE APPERTAINING THERETO; 2. The purpose of this agreement is to effectuate notice of the foregoing sale and the terms, covenants and agreements controlling the same are set forth in the above-referenced Contract for Deed. 3. No rights or obligations created in the above-referenced Contract for Deed shall be assigned or transferred, either in their entirety or in part, or be otherwise conveyed or contracted to be conveyed by the Buyer without first securing the signed written consent of Sellers. 4. Buyer shall not allow any lien to be filed upon the property concerned in the Contract for Deed other than to obtain. the financing necessary to complete this agreement. Buyer shall further not use the property for any illegal use.
