BEGINNING at a spike on the centerline of Bitter Creek County Road No. 12-140,
North 43°36120" East, 926,23 feet from the Southwest corner of said Section 14;
thence North 79°31'21" East, 30.35 feet, to a point on the Easterly right-of-way line of said County Road;
thence continuing North 79031121" East, 320.00 feet, along an existing fence line, to a point;
thence South 10°28139" East, 140.00 feet, to a point;
thence South 79°31'21" West, 298.45 feet, to a point on said Easterly right-of-way line;
thence continuing South 79031'21" West, 3.0.35 feet, to a spike on said centerline;
thence North 19°13152" West, 141.65 feet, along said centerline, to the SPIKE OF BEGINNING.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming.
