0. David Gardner and Shirley Ann Gardner, Trustees of the O. David Gardner
Trust, Dated July 15, 1999, Grantors of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, for and in
consideration of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS and other valuable considerations in hand
paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY and WARRANT to: Gregory
Maxwell Hinton and Kristina Hinton, Husband and Wife, Tenants by Entireties,
Grantees, of Afton, Wyoming, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of
the Homestead Exemption Laws of the State, the following described property, to-wit:
EXHIBIT "A" Attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Said Warranty Deed acknowledges forty-four thousand ($44,000) dollars given as
a gift from O. David Gardner and Shirley Ann Gardner.

GARDNER FAMILY CONVEYANCE
A tract of land located within and being a part of the SE1/4 of Section 14, Township 32 North,
Range 119 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Lincoln County, Wyoming, and also being a
portion of the O. David Gardner Trust parcel of land which is described in that instrument of
record in the Office of the Lincoln County Cleric with Accession No. 888989, recorded in Book
516PR, page 904, with boundaries more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of the said O. David Gardner Trust parcel, said corner
being located a record distance of 50 rods East from the Southwest corner of the Southeast
Quarter of said Section 14; and running
THENCE North, along the west boundary line of said parcel, a record distance of 30 rods to the
Northwest corner thereof; .
THENCE East, along the north boundary line of said parcel, a distance of 264 feet (16 rods);
THENCE South, parallel to the west boundary line, a distance of 30 rods to the south boundary
line of said parcel;
THENCE West, along the south boundary line of said parcel, a distance of 264 feet (16 rods) to
the point of beginning;
ENCLOSING an area of 3.00 acres, more or less.
