("Grantee").
For valuable consideration, Grantor does hereby convey and warrant unto Grantee, as to all
persons claiming by or through Grantor, the following described real property and premises located in the
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to wit:

filed September 5, 2003 as Instrument No. 893161 of the records of Lincoln County Clerk.
