Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation, with an address of P.O. Box 36366, Houston, Texas, Cabot Oil & Gas Corporation, a Delaware corporation, with an address of 600 17`h Street; Suite 900N, Denver, Colorado 80202-5409, and Questar Exploration and Production Company, a Texas corporation, with an address of 1050 17`h Street; Suite 500, Denver, Colorado 80265- 1050 (collectively "Lessee"). RECITALS A. Lessee desires to surrender all of its interest in the Lease (as defined below). RELEASE 1. OIL AND GAS LEASE SUBJECT TO RELEASE. Lessee, named above, is the last and current record owner and holder of all rights, title and interest in the Oil and Gas Lease (the "Lease") as recorded in Book 431, page 349 of the County Clerk Records for Lincoln County, Wyoming covering the following lands in that County: Township 21 North, Range 113 West Section 9: E/2 2. LESSEE'S RELEASE OF ALL INTEREST.
