CERTIFICATE OF PURCHASE
This is to certify that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
as such Sheriff, by virtue of W.S. 34-4-101 et seq., and in pursuance of the power of sale conferred
by the following described mortgages to 1 ST Bank, mortgagee:
a. Mortgage dated February 28, 2007, and recorded in the office of the Lincoln
County Clerk on March 2, 2007, in Book 650, page 2, Recording Number
927263.
b. Mortgage dated February 28, 2007, and recorded in the office of the Lincoln
County Clerk on March 5, 2007, in Book 650, page 108, Recording Number
927299; and a Modification of Mortgage dated July 26, 2007, and recorded in
the office of the Lincoln County Clerk on August 2, 2007, in Book 667, page
721, Recording Number 931811.
at the request of the 1ST Bank, as the mortgagee, owner and holder of the mortgages, and in
compliance with the published notice of sale, sold at public auction at Kemmerer, Wyoming, on
August 11, 2009, at 10:00 a.m. to 1ST Bank, a Wyoming State Banking Corporation, of PO Box
6003, Evanston, WY 82931, for the aggregate sum or the total bid of $824,149.84, the following
described premises in Lincoln County, Wyoming:
Lot 2 of Roice Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming, according to that plat filed
January 23, 2002, in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk as Plat No. 6-C.
I further certify that such purchaser was the highest bidder for the premises, that the price
for which the premises were sold as aforesaid was the highest price bid therefor, and that the
whole sum so bid was paid to me in cash by the purchaser; that a due and proper notice of such
sale was published according to law; that such sale was in all respects honestly and fairly
conducted according to my best knowledge and belief; and that the aggregate amount for which
the premises were sold was the amount set forth above to satisfy the amount due on the mortgage
at the date of sale, with interest and costs and disbursements allowed by law. The purchaser, or its
assignee, will be entitled to a deed for the premises so sold at the expiration of three (3) months
from the date of such sale unless the premises are previously redeemed or the time for redemption
is extended as provided by law.
