"JACK" CROPP, and petitions the Court for leave to file its foreign judgment in the above referenced action pursuant to the Uniform Enforcement of Foreign Judgments Act, Wyoming Code 1-17-701, et seq., and in support of its Petition, respectfully state to the Court as follows: 1. BERMAN V. "JACK" CROPP, ("petitioner") brought an action before the District Court of Pell City Alabama in and for the County of St. Clair, Case No. SM-2009-000261.00. 2. Petitioner was awarded Court Cost incurred for filing in the amount of $44.00. 4. The total judgment against Respondent, DEAN SHOELL,, is the amount of $681.75, plus Court costs in the amount of $44.00 for a total judgment of $725.75. 5.
