KNOWN by all these presents that we, Joe P. Flowers and. Klm
D. Flowers, have made, constituted and appointed and by these
presents do make and constitute and appoint Lester Fatheree,
of Quality Realty, P.O. Box 72, Kemmerer, WY 83101, our true
and lawful attorney for us and in our names, place and stead
for our use and benefit as follows:
To execute all documents necessary to sell, including,
but not limited to, Deeds, Settlement Statements,
Contracts and Agreements, and~ any Lender required
Buyer documents requiring Seller signatures, for the
following described property located in Lincoln County,
Wyoming described as follows:
Legal DescriptiOn:
Lots 2B, 3A and 3B of Block 2 of the Lincoln Heights
5th Addition, Second Filing, to the City of Kemmerer,
Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official
plat thereof '
known as: 1677 Nations Avenue Kemmerer, WY 83101
Giving and granting unto Said attorney full power and attorney
to do and perform all and every act whatsoever requisite and
necessary to be done in and about the above stated premises,
as fully to all intent and purposes as signers might and could
do if personally present, and hereby ratifying and confirming
that said attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done in
the above stated premises by virtue of these presents.
