HENRY MICHAEL MCELROY
to THE JACKSON STATE BANK & TRUST bearing date 10/02/2003, recorded 10/03/2003 in Official Records
Book 537, Page 310, Document No. 894111 in the office of the County Clerk of LINCOLN County, Wyoming,
securing a certain note in the principal sum of $250000.00 Dollars, and certain promises and obligations set forth in
said mortgage deed, upon the property situated in said State and County, hereby acknowledges full payment and
satisfaction of said note and mortgage deed, and surrenders the same as canceled, and hereby directs the Clerk in the
office of County Clerk to cancel the same of record.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the said corporation has caused these
presents to be executed in its name, by its proper officers
thereunto duly authorized, the 12 day of August, 2009.
