Box 643, Afton, Wyoming, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, quitclaims, without any covenants of warranty whatsoever and without recourse to the Grantor, or Grantor's successors and assigns, to Val Jay Nelson, Grantee, whose address is 159 S. 150 W., Clearfield, Utah 84015, all of Grantor's right, title and interest, if any, in and to that certain parcel of land situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, more particularly described as follows: SEE EXHIBIT A ATTACHED HERETO Subject, however to all existing interests, including but not limited to easements, encumbrances, reservations, restrictions, and rights-of-way of record or otherwise. Hereby releasing and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of this state. This is a division of land for the purpose of a single gift or sale to a member of the landowner's immediate family pursuant to Wyo. Stat. § 18-5-303(a)(i).
