A Wyoming Corporation,

all interest in the following described real property, situate in County and State of Wyoming, to wit:
That part of the NW'/4NE'/4 of Section 7, Township 26 North, Range 112 West, Lincoln County, Wyoming,
described as follows:
COMMENCING at the North One-quater corner of said Section 7 where is found a granite sonte
18"x12"x15" marked'/ on N. Face, ss on S face with mound of stone to S;
thence S 74°03' E, 640.0 feet to a point;
thence S 14°19' E, 330.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING of this tract;
thence S 75°41' W, 100.0 feet along the Northerly right-of-way line of the Calpet Secondary Highway;
thence N 14°19' W, 100.00 feet;
thence N 75°41' E, 100.00 feet to the Westerly boundary of that tract of land previously coveyed to the
corporation of the Presiding Bishop of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, A Utah
corporation sole of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 61 of Photostatic
Records on page 205;
thence S 14°19' E, 100.0 feet along the said Westerly boundary to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
ALSO, that part of the NW1/4NE1/4 of Section 7, Township 26 North, Range 112 West, within the
incorporated limits of the Town of LaBarge, Lincoln County, Wyoming, described as follows:
COMMENCING at the North One-quarter corner of said Section 7 where is found a granite stone
18"x12"x15" marked 1/4 on North face, ss on South face with mound of stone to South;
thence S 74°03' E, 640.0 feet to a point which is the Northwest corner of that tract of record in the Office
of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 61 of Photostatic Records on Page 205;
thence S 14°19" E, 230.0 feet along the Westerly boundary of said tract of record in Book 61 to a point
which is the Northeast corner of that tract of record in said Office in Book 70 of Photostatic
Records on page 39;
thence S 75°41' W, 100.0 feet along the Northerly Boundary of said tract of record in Book 70 to the
POINT OF BEGINNING of this tract;
thence S 14°19' E, 100.0 feet along the Westerly boundary of said tract of record in Book 70 to a point on
the Northerly right-of-way line of the Calpet Secondary Highway No. 235;
thence S 75°41' W, 65.0 feet along said Northerly right-of-way line to a point;
thence N 14°19' W, 100.0 feet to a point;
thence N 75°41 E, 65.0 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
