KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That SULENTA LTD., a Wyoming
Corporation, Grantor, inconsideration of the sum of Ten and NO/100 ($10.00) Dollars to then in
hand paid by JOHN A. SULENTA and SUSIE SULENTA, husband and wife, as tenants of an
estate by the entireties with full rights of survivorship and not as tenants in common, Grantees,
whose address is P.O. Box F, Pinedale, WY 82941, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and
acknowledged, have remised, released, and forever quitclaimed and by these presents does for itself,
its heirs, executors and administrators, remise, release and forever quitclaim unto the said JOHN A.
SULENTA and SUSIE SULENTA, husband and wife, as tenants of an estate by the entireties with
full rights of survivorship and not as tenants in common, Grantees, and their assigns, forever, all
such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand, as it may have or ought to have, in
or to all the following described premises, to-wit:
All Sand and Gravel which are owned by Grantors and which are appurtenant to or
underlying the real property described as:
A portion of tract 40, Tract 40 being described in the field notes of the survey of the
boundary lines of private land claim Tract No. 40 and retracement and resurvey of
meander lines in Township 23 North, Ranges 111 and 112 West, of the 6t" P.M.,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at corner no. 1 of Tract 40, thence, along the meanders of the right bank
of Green River, down stream, as follows:
S.03045'W., 463.00 feet;
thence S.13°45'W., 217.80 feet;
thence S. 15'45'W., 224.40 feet;
thence S.41°30'W., 158.40 feet;
thence S.43°45' W., 376.20 feet to the southeast corner of a tract of land granted to
Sulenta Construction Company, Inc., by Trustee's Deed recorded as Number 532721
in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk;
thence N.54° 17' 19"W., along the South boundary of said tract a distance of 1000
feet;
thence N.37E., a distance of 933 feet, more or less to a point on the North boundary
of Tract 40;
thence S.85°54'E., a distance of 760 feet to the point of beginning;
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
To have and to hold the said premises unto the JOHN A. SULENTA and SUSIE
SULENTA, husband and wife, as tenants of an estate by the entireties with full rights of
survivorship and not as tenants in common, Grantees, and their assigns, to their own proper use and
behoof forever. So that neither SULENTA LTD., a Wyoming Corporation, nor any other person
in its name or behalf, shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right or title to the premises or any
part thereof, but it and every one of them shall by these presents be excluded and forever barred.
