Due to a clerical error, the legal description on the WD was incorrect. 4. The correct legal description of the real property intended to be described in the WD is as follows. LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lot 64 of River View Meadows Second Addition to the Town of Alpine, within the Southeast Quarter of Section 30, Township 37 Nortb, Range 118 West, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as shown on the official plat thereof filed February 11, 1994, as Receiving No. 778568, in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, as Plat No, 264-D 5.
