SHERIFF'S DEED 021„ 1.
WHEREAS, Kristin Sorensen and Lance C. McFadden, as
mortgagor(s), mortgaged to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as
nominee for Taylor, Bean & Whitaker Mortgage Corp., as mortgagee, the
hereinafter described real property by that certain mortgage dated March 29,
2007 (the "Mortgage"), and duly recorded in the records of the office of the
County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, on April 2, 2007, at Reception No. 928095 in Book 653 at Page 272.
All in the records of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for
Lincoln County, Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and
direction of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc as nominee for
Taylor, Bean & Whitaker Mortgage Corp., acting under a power of sale contained
in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter
described real property on March 24, 2009, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at
public vendue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 925
Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc as
nominee for Taylor, Bean & Whitaker Mortgage Corp. ("Successful Bidder")
made the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the
sum of $224,955.53, and the said real property was then and there sold to the
Successful Bidder on March 24, 2009 ("Sale Date"); and a Certificate of Sale
was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale
was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex-officio
Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on March 24,
2009, at Reception No. 946098, Book 718, Page 533.;
WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to Federal Home
Loan Mortgage Corporation, its suc essors and assigns by that certain
Assignment of Certificate of Sale dated and recorded in the
records of the County Clerk and ex-officio egister of Deeds in and for Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, on Otto. (q , , , 2009, at

WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter
described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for
doing so has now expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and
SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said FEDERAL HOME
LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, whose address is 5000 Plano Parkway,
Carrollton, TX 75010, its successors and assigns, all right, title, and interest to
the following described real property situate in Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, to-wit:
LOT 13 OF BEAR HOLLOW TWIN HOMES
SUBDIVISION, LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING AS
DESCRIBED ON THE OFFICIAL PLAT THEREOF.
